02Types of Data Processed
Navigation Data
IP addresses, system logs, and device-related parameters (browser, OS) automatically collected by our servers and third-party services (Google, Vercel).
Contact and Lead Data
Name, email, phone number, and business details voluntarily provided via our contact forms.
Newsletter and Lead Magnet Data
Email, optional name, language, form source, newsletter choice (recorded with the date of consent), and attribution parameters provided when you request a free resource or subscribe to MKDA communications. Advertising click identifiers (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid) are recorded only if you have accepted cookies.
Booking Data
When you book an appointment on the public pages of platform.mkdaagency.com (for example /call): first and last name, email, phone (if the appointment type requires it), address (only for in-person appointments), optional notes, and the chosen date and time. We send you a confirmation and reminders by email and, for video calls, generate the meeting link.
03Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data exclusively for:

- 02Appointment BookingManaging the appointment you request (confirmation, reminders, rescheduling or cancellation, video call link), at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- 03Lead Magnets and Marketing CommunicationsSending the resource you request, to fulfil your request. Only if you turn on the newsletter option (optional and off by default), MKDA informational or promotional communications based on your consent, recorded with its date and withdrawable at any time.
- 04Analytics and MarketingImproving site performance and optimizing Ad campaigns (subject to consent).
- 05Legal ObligationsCompliance with tax, accounting regulations, and authority orders.
04Security and Retention
We adopt technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data loss. Personal data is stored for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described. Lead data, including lead magnet and newsletter subscriptions, is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless consent is withdrawn or a professional relationship is established. Booking data is kept for the same maximum period of 24 months from the appointment, unless a professional relationship is established.
